How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
We accept orders from 288 pcs / logo / color.
II) Samples:
– We will quote with in 24 hours after receiving all your product details.
– After the price approval, we will process the samples. It take about 3-5 days on design of samples.
– We will charge from $ 30 to $ 50 depending on per each design and that costs will be returned to you when you place the orders.
– Customers need to pay sample cost before we make sample.
– Customers can make the payment of samples by Bank transfer or Western Union.
III) Delivery:
– Delivery time from 20 to 50 days depending on the quantity of each order, after customers approve samples.
– We can delivery the goods by door to door.
– Customers give us the address our customers so we will quote the delivery by UPS, TNT, FEDEX, Air or Sea.
– We will offer you the best delivery costs so you can choose which way is the best for your demands.
IV) Payment terms:
– T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% after the copy bill lading.
V) Packing:
– Air shipment:
- 50 pcs / 1 nylon bag, 2 nylon bags / 1 carton.
Total = 100 pcs (75cm x 40cm x 20cm).
- 50 pcs / 1 nylon bag, 4 nylon bags / 1 carton.
Total = 200 pcs (75cm x 40cm x 40cm).
– Sea shipment:
- 24 pcs / 1 nylon bag, carton inside, 6 boxes inside / carton.
Total = 144 pcs (58,5 cm x 45,5 cm x 56.5 cm).
VI) Custom documents:
GSP Form A, B, JA, ……. Or Certificate of Origin.
